How to Request a Refund

1. Email refunds@getblocc.com with your order number
2. We'll provide a return shipping address
3. Ship the BLOCC Tag back (you cover return shipping unless defective)
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Eligibility

Full refund if:

• Requested within 30 days of delivery
• Tag is in original condition (minor usage acceptable)
• Tag is defective or not working as described

No refund if:

• Requested after 30 days
• Tag is damaged due to misuse
• Tag is lost (we can't refund lost items)

Defective Products

If your BLOCC Tag is defective:

• We'll replace it free of charge (within 1-year warranty)
• We cover return shipping for defective items
• Contact support@getblocc.com

Return Shipping Costs

• Your responsibility: Regular returns (not defective)
• Our responsibility: Defective products, wrong item shipped

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned tag. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.
