We ship via PostNL (tracked & insured). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

All prices include tracking & basic insurance (€50 coverage)

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM CET ship same day
Orders after 2 PM ship next business day
We ship Monday-Friday (excluding Dutch holidays)

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped
Track your order through PostNL website
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear

Customs & Import Taxes

EU Orders: No customs fees (we're based in NL, duties and VAT included)

Non-EU Orders: You may be responsible for import taxes/duties. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping price. The courier will contact you for payment before delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: Contact us after 20 business days - we'll reship or refund
Damaged on arrival: Email photos to support@getblocc.com within 48 hours - we'll send a replacement
All shipments include €50 insurance coverage
